Founded by David To, Lnkd Capital aims to provide successful business owners with an opportunity to transition their business to the next generation of entrepreneurs, an ideal alternative to selling to corporate private equity or a competitor. David's passion for leading and building great businesses is the driving force behind this mission. He is a seasoned operator with an exceptional 18-year career in leadership roles in Canada and internationally. He brings with him proven General Management experience leading teams and businesses across the value chain vertical. Having spent over a decade working with large family businesses, David also possesses an acute understanding of the value found in the preservation of heritage while building the next chapter of a business.     We simply have a conversation
    An exploratory discussion to introduce ourselves and make sure we're real people and not an AI bot.
  • Step 2
    Sign an NDA & review statements
    Sharing 2-3 years of financial statements ensures we respect each other's time and foster a sound and transparent starting point.
  • Step 3
    On-site meet and greet
    We meet in person and ideally, visit your place of business. Our goal here is to explore a shared vision for the company's future.
  • Step 4
    We provide an indicative offer
    We will send a Letter of Intent; a non-binding offer with our proposed structure and price range.
  • Step 5
    Due diligence
    Full due diligence process; typically covering, financial, legal, tax, regulatory, etc.
  • Step 6
    Agreement & closing
    Signing of a purchase agreement; You light a cigar and we get to work delivering on the promise to protect your legacy and build the next chapter.
